Guilene Joined ²ÆÉñÆåÅÆ in December 2016 as the Human Resources Generalist.  She is responsible for ensuring a streamlined process for many areas in Human Resources, including, but not limited to, recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations and compliance.  In 2020, she took on the additional role of Deputy Title IX Coordinator, and in July 2021, she became the Interim Title IX Coordinator.  Prior to joining ²ÆÉñÆåÅÆ, she worked for companies that range from a national Management Services company to Biotech and Health Insurance to a Non-profit Organization.  Her experience in Human Resources and Risk Management spans over 25 years.

• Certificate in Health Information Management - Long Island University
• Title IX Coordinator and Administrator Certification - Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA)

Interests and hobbies:  

Guilene enjoys volunteering, gardening, flower arranging, arts and culture.   Causes that are important to her: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Civil Rights and Social Action, Human Rights, Poverty Alleviation and Domestic Violence.
